Payment for services is collected at each appointment. This prevents the buildup of a burdensome credit situation and allows for easier budgeting.

 Cash, personal checks, debit and credit cards, including company flexible spending plans, benefit cards, or health saving accounts (HSA/FSA checks and credit cards) are accepted as forms of payment.

A $5+ transaction fee is added to all payments that require the use of the credit card processing system. This helps to minimize expenses so that the fee schedule can be kept more affordable for you. 

Health insurance is not accepted, all services are out-of-pocket.
